  2. Upload logo, max. size 2mb
    • Purpose of Application for Cooperation
    • institution name
    • The desired form of cooperation (Memorandum of Understanding, Cooperation Agreement or Others)
    • Contact the PIC of the cooperation
    • applicant institution Name and Signature of Institution Leader
  3. Fill in the data completely
    4. Upload the submission script and submission letter, max size 2 mb
